The minutes of the Town Improvement Committee of Belfast Corporation on 21 January 1896 indicate the naming of a new street off the Beersbridge Road: Woodlee Street. Woodlee Street no longer exists however the name Woodlee Court Off Grove Street East BT5 was proposed by the Northern Ireland Housing Executive and accepted by the Health and Environmental Services Committee, on Monday, 14th May, 2007,
