Trinity Street was called after Trinity Church (Church of Ireland) which stood on the corner of Unity Street and Trinity Street. It was destroyed during the Belfast Blitz in 1941. Under the title Unity Street is the following: “Trinity Church – Rev Theophilus Campbell, Incumbent, residence, Mountainview”.
