St Gerard’s Manor takes its name from St Gerard’s Educational Resource which was located beside Dermott Hill estate. It was closed and relocated to Blacks’s Road. St. Gerard’s Manor off Dermott Hill Grove was proposed by Century 21 Estate Agents and accepted at the Health and Environmental Services Committee, Monday, 11th August, 1997.
