"Resolved - That the name Parkmount Gardens be approved for a new street on the property of Messrs. H. & J. Martin Ltd., situated off Donegall Park Avenue". (24 May 1932).

Parkmount: - Parkmount Parade, Parkmount Terrace, Parkmount Place, Parkmount Lane, Parkmount Way, Parkmount Pass, Parkmount Gardens (continuation of) Innisfayle Pass, Innisfayle Gardens (continuation of).
