"Mr. Davis and another gentleman attended in reference to changing the name of Park Avenue to Needham Street and suggested that the original name Sydenham Park Avenue be substituted, and they were informed that if an application to have the street so named be signed by all the owners of property and presented to the Committee, it will be carefully considered".
