Baron Norwood is a title connected with the Earl of Norbury (the latter a later title). Norwood was created in 1797 for the family of the Attorney General of Ireland. He was instrumental in suppressing the 1798 Rebellion. Later appointed as Chief Justice of the Irish Common Pleas - (Tweet - Edward Burke 14 January 2024)

“Resolved, That the letter of James Milling and others for liberty to call the Street in continuation of Windsor pl Windsor Street be referred to the Surveyor to report.” (5th March 1862).

"Resolved, That the application of James Milling and others to be allowed to name a street in continuation of Windsor Place Windsor Street be granted".  (20th March 1862).  Windsor Street has been demolished in redevelopment.
