Malvern Lane between Shankill Parade and Hopewell Crescent, BT13 was proposed by URS on behalf of Oaklee Homes. “The applicant has advised that the proposed names, Malvern Lane and Malvern Terrace, reflect the road names existing in adjacent streets and are supported by the local community and were chosen by the Malvern Primary School pupils.” The name was approved at the Health and Environmental Services Committee on 5th February, 2014.
