On the recommendation of the city surveyor, the committee approved of the proposal of messers PJ Walls and Bros to name two new streets on their property situated off Glen Rd. Gransha Drive and Gransha Grove and of the proposal of RJ McDermott and Sons (Builders) Ltd. to name a new street off Mica Street,  Mica Drive. (18th of October 1960).
